Built for Discord communities
Application portals for Discord communities

How it works
Three steps from a public apply link to a Discord role — no spreadsheet, no shared inbox.
1
Applicants apply
A branded form on your subdomain — or a custom domain. Discord login, account age, and server-member checks if you want them. Drafts save; Turnstile and rate limits keep junk out.
2
Staff review
One queue: approve, reject, or hold. Notes, search, and CSV export. Discord gets a ping with a link back to the dashboard.
3
The bot follows through
Role on approval, optional decision DMs, and a server ban from the dashboard when someone should not come back.
Who it's for
Communities that already live in Discord and need a proper apply flow, not another Google Form.
Communities
A public apply link that looks like you — logo, colour, light or dark — without standing up your own stack.
Staff
One place to read answers, leave notes, and decide. Discord still gets the ping; the queue lives here.
Applicants
A form they can finish on their phone. Discord sign-in lets them see previous applications, status, and notes if you share them.
What you get
The pieces staff actually use: forms, a queue, a bot, and the controls around them.
Discord-native
Staff sign in with Discord. Applicants can too. The bot posts new applications and hands out roles when you decide.
Your portal, your hostname
Free lives at name.applydesk.net. Pro adds a custom domain. Enterprise can attach extra hostnames — including regional subdomains.
Forms that branch
Short text, long text, choice, dropdown, files. Show a question only when another answer matches. Duplicate a form when you need a variant.
A real review queue
Kanban by status, search by name or Discord ID, notes, CSV, and round-robin assignment on Enterprise.
Vetting that sticks
Minimum account age, must-be-a-member, Turnstile, IP limits, and a ban list that can block applying or hit the guild.
Ban from the dashboard
Block someone from applying, or ban them from the Discord server in the same click. Re-add the bot if Ban Members is missing.
Pings in Discord
New applications land in your review channel. Approve, reject, or hold in the dashboard — emails and DMs follow the templates you set.
Staff that scale
Invite by Discord ID. Owners, admins, reviewers, and viewers see only what their role allows.
Enterprise when you need it
White-label, extra domains, per-form Discord routing, audit log, webhooks, 90-day analytics, auto-assign, and a signed DPA.
Plans
Start free on a subdomain. Pro is £5 a month for a custom domain, unlimited volume, and analytics. Enterprise is £15 a month for white-label, extra domains, audit, webhooks, and a DPA.
Questions
- Do applicants have to use Discord?
- Only if you turn that on for the form. You can also require a minimum account age or that they already belong to the server.
- How much does it cost?
- Free forever on a subdomain. Pro is £5 a month. Enterprise is £15 a month. Starting Pro in Stripe includes a 3-day trial the first time, then billing begins.
- Can we use our own domain?
- Yes on Pro (one hostname) and Enterprise (up to ten, including extra subdomains). CNAME to cname.applydesk.net with DNS-only / grey cloud.
- Where do reviews happen?
- In the dashboard queue. Discord can ping a review channel with a link back here.
- What about privacy?
- Staff accounts, billing, and the platform are ours. Applicant answers belong to the workspace. Privacy, terms, refunds, and an Enterprise DPA are on the Legal pages.
- Can I get a refund?
- Cancel anytime in Stripe and keep the plan until the period ends. Billing errors are refunded. First paid charge can be refunded within 14 days if you barely used paid features — see the refund policy.
- How do I get help?
- Join the ApplyDesk Discord from applydesk.net/support. Mention your workspace subdomain if you already have one.
