ApplyDesk

Refund policy

Last updated 15 September 2026

ApplyDesk paid plans are billed in pounds sterling through Stripe. This page covers Pro (£5 per month) and Enterprise (£15 per month). The free plan has no charge.

How billing works

The workspace owner starts or changes a paid plan from the dashboard. Stripe stores the card; we store customer and subscription IDs only. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can open the Stripe customer portal from Billing in the workspace dashboard. Complimentary access we grant is not a Stripe charge and has no refund. A Stripe Pro trial is billed by Stripe after the trial ends unless you cancel.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then the workspace returns to Free limits (one form, 50 applications per month, platform subdomain). We remove custom domains from the portal when you leave a plan that includes them. Applicants should use your ApplyDesk subdomain after that.

When we refund

How to ask

Prefer Stripe's portal from the dashboard so invoices stay consistent. Otherwise use the data request form, choose Other, and include the workspace subdomain, Discord ID, and the invoice or payment date. We aim to reply within 14 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and can take several days to show on a statement.

Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank, Stripe may freeze or reverse it. We can pause the workspace until that is resolved. Talk to us first when you can — it is faster than a chargeback.

Taxes

Prices shown are the amount Stripe charges for the plan. Any tax Stripe is required to collect will appear on the invoice. We do not add a separate ApplyDesk tax line in the dashboard.
