ApplyDesk

Acceptable use policy

Last updated 15 September 2026

This policy sits with the terms of service. It applies to workspace staff, applicants, and anyone using ApplyDesk or the bot.

Do not use ApplyDesk for

Communities

You are responsible for what you ask on forms and how you treat applicants. Do not require passwords, seed phrases, Discord tokens, or card numbers. If you collect special-category data (health, politics, religion, and similar), you need your own lawful basis — ApplyDesk does not decide that for you.

Ban lists, role grants, and server bans must follow Discord's rules. Do not use the bot to spam DMs or raid other servers.

Applicants

Submit accurate answers. Do not flood a form, automate submissions, or use someone else's Discord account. A community can reject or blacklist you under its own rules; that is their decision, not ApplyDesk's, unless we are running that workspace.

What we may do

We can refuse a new community, leave it in review, pause a live portal, remove content, or delete a workspace. We can share information with Discord, payment providers, or law enforcement when we believe we must. Abuse reports: use the request form and describe the workspace subdomain or Discord guild ID.

These pages describe how ApplyDesk works. They are not legal advice. We may update them when the product or the law changes.
