ApplyDesk is operated at applydesk.net. These pages apply to the platform, staff dashboards, Discord bot, and community portals we host.

• Acceptable use — what communities and applicants must not do.
• Refund policy — Pro (£5/month) and Enterprise (£15/month), cancellations, and refunds.
• Privacy policy — personal data, UK GDPR / EU GDPR, and how to make a request.
• Cookie policy — session cookies and appearance storage. No ads.
• Data processing addendum — processor terms an Enterprise owner can accept in the dashboard.
• Data request form — access, correction, or erasure.

Product and billing questions: Discord support. Data rights: the data request form (include your Discord ID). Signed-in staff can also use Account settings. Billing is handled in the workspace dashboard via Stripe.
